Job title Manager / Senior Manager – CS Dept. (Stationed in Panyu)
Responsibilities
  • Lead the team for handling customers enquiries and complaints
  • Manage our Customer Services team and Quality Assurances team including but not limited to handle expatriation of QC technician and coordinate the fabric stocks
  • Responsible for risk management and problem solving
  • Prepare daily and monthly evaluation and analysis reports
  • Frequent business travel is required
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor or above in textile or relevant discipline
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience at managerial level, preferably with fabric experience
  • Proactive, Patience, Excellent Leadership, Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English
