Responsibilities |
- Lead the team for handling customers enquiries and complaints
- Manage our Customer Services team and Quality Assurances team including but not limited to handle expatriation of QC technician and coordinate the fabric stocks
- Responsible for risk management and problem solving
- Prepare daily and monthly evaluation and analysis reports
- Frequent business travel is required
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements |
- Bachelor or above in textile or relevant discipline
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience at managerial level, preferably with fabric experience
- Proactive, Patience, Excellent Leadership, Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English
